Future Mountain Dark Eyes

The fruited sour beers have been blended from carefully selected 6-9 month old amber sour beer that has been aged in our puncheons (larger barrel). After tasting and blending the beer is transferred into recoopered barriques (smaller barrels) and aged on whole fruit Blackberries from the Yarra Valley.
