Barrel-aged golden sour beer with Yarra Valley feijoas. From orchard to barrel on the same morning, these ripe feijoas were refermented on a selection of golden sour beer for 3 months. Born in Time showcases notes of fresh pineapple, guava and perfume scents of ripe feijoa skin. Bright, tart and full of tropical intrigue.
