Another showcase for Ryefield’s Beedelup hops, this time in a full-strength IPA. 25kg of freshly picked hops go straight into the beer, then it’s double dry hopped with Nelson and Southern Cross for brightness and citrus lift. Expect passionfruit, grapefruit and citrus zest layered over a clean malt base, with a firm, resinous finish that earns the name.
