Funk Dungeon – Heavy Nettle

Collaboration 1 of 2 with Church, Temple of Fun. Brewed with locally foraged nettles hand-picked by our Funk Dungeon brewer Jim. Classic Saison aged in American oak for 6 months and secondary fermented with our house Brett blend. Lip-smackingly spicy from rye as well as the nettles but with a gentle, rounded finish.
