Fresh IPA Vol. 12

English low colour 2-row pale, Vienna, oats and wheat create a smooth, rich malt base, pouring a lovely pale orange with just the faintest hint of caramel and macadamia nut at the end of the palate. Hops are a simple one, two punch of favourites Strata and Mosaic, but May is triple dry hopped – an up front fermenter addition, a big hit in mid ferment and one to finish off at the end of fermentation. The result is tangerine and passionfruit on the nose, a palate that is all citrus up front then juicy mango, tropical fruit and mandarin.
