For The Plot Maibock

Brewery: Bracket Brewing Style: MaibockSize: 440ml Can Origin: Sydney, NSW Australia ABV: 6.8% IBU: Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh We haven’t brewed this style since 2023 and, you guessed it, it’s one of Mike’s favourites (one iteration was aptly named Mike’s Bock). Given it’s not May, but it feels like spring is definitely on the way together with our 6th birthday, Mike decided it was time to take a plunge. For The Plot is exactly what you’d expect, a bright golden amber colour paired with a lush mouthfeel. The malt character shines through just the right amount, in this case a fair bit, followed by subtle floral notes. If you haven’t tried a Maibock before this is definitely the time. If you had one before, well, you know you’re in for a treat. Either way, it’s a great way to ease into our birthday release. Must be at least 18 years old & over to purchase.
