Foggy Remedy

Being summer and all, we have been hot here in Rancho Bernardo, so it seemed like a good choice to create yet another session-able beer.‚ÄéHence, the « Remedy ».‚Äé‚ÄéWe threw some London Fog Ale Yeast at it to accentuate fruitiness and enhance the body. This Hazy Pale Ale has subtle sweet bready malt character that is balanced by pungent late-addition whirlpool hops.‚Äé‚ÄéOrange, grapefruit, mango, and passion fruit come out from the enormous dry hop in this beer, and paired with its silky smooth finish its sure to keep you chilled out.
