Floom DDH Pale Ale 5.5%

This DDH Pale is everything we come to expect from Polly’s more sessionable output – high juice, low bitterness, with a big hitter lineup of Azacca, Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe in the dry hop, imparting all of those incredible stone fruit, sweet clementine, and sherbert notes on both the nose and the palate. Loaded up to the max with oats in the mash, and fermented out with LA3 for huge amounts of suspension, a beer that punches way above its weight.
