Brewed to accompany a night of celebrating the wondrous complexity of the field recording session.Field is a night celebrating the wondrous complexity of the field recording session and a beer style originally brewed to quench the thirsts of labourers and field workers. Both are connected to the land, one by working it, and the other by a slow and curious listening to it. The beer itself has all the classic flavours of a saison; lemon & spice on the nose, slightly bready, dry, with a slightly higher carbonation than our usual beers. Eminently smashable!
