Fair Isle Henderson

Farmhouse Ale – Saison | 7.1% ABV Commercial Description: Henderson is a saison brewed with Pelton barley and Rimrock rye grown and malted by Mecca Grade Estate Malts in Madras, OR. During the mashing process we used Kentucky blue straw from the farm to assist in lautering instead of traditional method of rice hulls.Henderson presents notes of orange marmalade and caramel spice from the rye, reminiscent of a creamsicle on a summer Seattle evening.
