Eric IPA 5.5%

This is the first release in Newbarns’ IPA series paying homage to their collection of adorable brewery dogs. This one is named after Eric, Wes’s rascal Border Terrier/Jack Russell who loves cheese, sticks and chasing footballs. Eric, the beer, was brewed using heritage malt varieties, Hunter, Bere and Golden Promise., and hopped with Simcoe and El Dorado. Ingredients: Water, hops, yeast, barley
