Equilibrium Linear Phase

Collaboration with Obercreek Brewing Company When Phil, Kyle, Chris, and John made their way to this side of the Hudson River, we spoke about all the good that is happening in the Hudson Valley for Beer. With more and more breweries producing great liquid, the Hudson Valley Region has become a beer Mecca. Linear phase represents the pinpoints between Middletown and Wappingers, both of our respective homes and all of the other spots helping to put the region on the map. Starting off with a base of flaked wheat and flaked oats we used a whirlpool of Citra and Strata before dry-hopping this beer with Citra, Strata, and Galaxy.Linear Phase pours a beautiful creamy bright yellow with an aroma of tropical citrus and grass fields. Flavors of pungent orange, passionfruit, melon, and berry come together in a soft and creamy mouthfeel with our #EQjuice finish with just a touch of bitterness to round things out.
