Epic Squeeze

For this Hazy IPA we have again used one of the Hop Breeding Companies trail hops – HBC431.The suggested characteristics of this hop are – fruity, tropical, vanilla and herbal. Looking to boost each of these characters I have used the following combination of hops.- Amarillo is fruit, in a stone fruit, peach and apricot way.- Riwaka is tropical with its delicious juice dripping passionfruit.- Sabro is a catch all for the vanilla and herbal, but also offers a wonderful coconut milk flavour.When you marry all these hops together, it is like wizzing together a tropical fruit cocktail with a fruit salad in a blender. Intensely aromatic tropical and stone fruits followed by an incredible squeezed fruit juice flavour.
