We have used some classic hop varieties which have made this style of beer the most desirable there is in the craft beer world. Mosaic, the sweetheart of every brewer these days, and you can’t go wrong with, kind of like the Queen of Hearts. Simcoe in this hand is definitely the King of Spades as it brings that awesome green piney hop resin they we all long for. And the joker in this hand is Magnum.
