Talus – a new release hop, which is fast becoming a favourite at Epic Beer, delivers an incredible pink grapefruit/ citrus flavour with undertones of pine resin and sage. And although it isn’t specified…. the owner of Epic Beer, Luke Nicholas, thinks there might be a hint of coconut in the flavour too. Maybe you will think the same!
