Envoetee

Aged in both oak & stainless, much of this hand blended beer was more than a year old when bottled. Envoutee�s base of Belgian abbey malt was transformed by the brewing process, time, our house mixed culture containing Brettanomyces & careful blending. Give this beer time in your glass to reveal flavors of ripe plums, petrichor & hints of Jerez Sherry (12% of the blend was aged in Jere Sherry barrels).
