Table Saison with Ernest & Goldings This beer is a blend of five barrels filled in April 2023, fermented with saison yeast, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Dry hopped with 6g/L Ernest and Goldings grown in Kent. Zesty citrus fills the palate with vinous crispness, followed by the peachy fruitiness of Ernest and the spicy, herbal smoothness of Goldings. The lightness and refreshing yet complex finish make this beer a winner alone or with food. 375ml bottle, 3.8% ABV
