We couldn’t have an Irrational birthday party without one. We use our house culture to sour the beer during the fermentation process creating a depth of flavour that simply isn’t possible with kettle souring. With a plethora of high-protein malts and an obscene amount of fruit puree this beer is worthy of our celebration. We opted for a blend of blackberry and yuzu. Expect a rich thick mouthfeel with notes of sweet and tart blackberry jam & citrus compote. – Irrational Brewing Company
