Eleven

Light lager, wheat, and oats were used to brew our 11 Anniversary IIIPA, which was then loaded up with eleven unique hop additions—no two the same—employing everything from hop pellets to cryo, incognito, and aromatic hop extracts, starting in the mash and continuing through the kettle, whirlpool, and numerous additions to the fermenter until it was full.
