A kaleidoscope of Australian citrus featuring Finger Limes, Sunrise Limes, Desert Limes & Blood Limes! We haven’t held back on this beer; it is one lime-y beverage that boasts enough sourness to strip your palate raw and endlessly leave your face puckering! Brewed as a clean, light base of pale barley and wheat malt lightly hopped and strongly soured by lactobacillus. To finish, we peeled and chopped and a huge whack of sharp, tangy fruit throwing the zest, flesh, and juice into the fermenter for the beer to infuse and please the sourest of all beer lovers.
