Duncan’s Negroni Barley Wine

Inspired by the brilliant and classic Italian cocktail. We’ve deconstructed the original Negroni by macerating aromatics, bitter orange peel, gentian root, wormwood and juniper berries in barley wine; and ageing it in syrah wine barrels. It’s a wild ride. Packaged in a 750ml bottle so you can share with your mates, or cellar and age.
