German-inspired Hazy IPA. Duft German – English translation [dʊft] Noun 1. (Pleasant) smell, scent, fragrance 2. Haze A distinctly Germanic spin on the East Coast Hazy IPA, brewed with Heidelberg Pilsner, Caramel Malt and Wheat, fermented with traditional Kölsch yeast and hopped with Callista, Hallertau Blanc and German grown Amarillo. Extended cold conditioning then produces a beer with a deliciously soft, biscuity malt base, smooth mouthfeel, stone fruit and ripe berry palate and a clean gooseberry, lemon candy and passion fruit aroma.
