Dollar Bill Red Letter

Inspired by Rodenbachs Character Rouge this fruited sour ale was created from 18month old barrel aged saison and blended wild ales. Exhibiting clean lactic acidity subtle oak components and some restrained funk from bretty French oak ex Pinot noir and generationally cured sour beer barrels. This luscious base blend was layered over redcurrants cranberries cherries and raspberries for 3 weeks before being restrained in glass. Bottle primed and aged on lees
