Golden Sour Ale made from a blend of wild fermented beer and mixed culture ferments. Produced through a solera system maintaining an average age over 18months. Pilsner malt wheat malt and crystal rye round out the mouth feel. hints of brettanomyces and deep lactic acidity, sour and complex with vinous notes from pinot and Chardonnay barrels.
