A blend of spontaneous fermented and wild fermented barrel aged sour beers over biodynamic yellow clingstone peaches. 70% pilsner malt, 30% wheat malt, wild yeasts and Mosaic hops. Fruit and summer orchard expressions combine with aromas of almond and vanilla, peach and white chocolate.
