Dieu du Ciel! Péché Mortel Bourbon 2023 Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial

Deep and dense, Péché Mortel is a stout infused with coffee during brewing. The result is an intense beer, with pronounced roasted aromas blending with the powerful coffee flavour. Once fermentation is complete, it is aged for several months in oak barrels that previously contained bourbon, giving it aromas of vanilla and wood, complemented by bourbon flavours. The bourbon barrels used come from Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, and Four Roses distilleries.
