2022 World Beer Cup Gold Medal beer in the American Pilsner category.Dieguitois brewed with German Pilsner malt and flaked rice, hopped with Simcoe, and Citra in both boil and fermenter. A clean lager base beer gets paired up with lots of tropical and citrus flavor from lots of Simcoe and Citra hops.
