Collaboration with Xicha Brewing Co Beginning fruity and tropical, the flavour evolves into a crisp acidity. Real Guava and Raspberry puree were used in the brewing of this sour lager. Originally from Brazil, Catharina Sour is a beer style popular in Latin America that includes vibrant tropical fruit.
