Defending Backbeat IPA 6.5%

A solid backbone of extra pale malt, wheat and oats lays a foundation of biscuity sweetness, before Citra and Simcoe hops bring pineapple, honeymelon, mango and papaya juice to the table, rounding off with just a smattering of bitterness from an 80 degree whirlpool addition of Mosaic to balance everything out, all kept together with Polly’s bespoke LA3 yeast strain.
