This Bière de Coupage is primarily comprised of our Petite Saison, which is heavily hopped with Motueka, Saaz, Wakatu and Wai-iti. Before packaging, we blended in a portion of oak-aged mixed culture beer, and dry hopped with Motueka and Belma.
