De Molen Heksen & Trollen

This beer is called Heksen & trollen, that translates as Witches & Trolls. Why? We know why but we won’t tell! The beer is a saison, an old Belgian and northern France beer-style. At high temperatures fermented to make it very spicy and refreshing. Lots of citrus in the taste, but with a bitter finish.
