De Molen Balcones Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Stout 2024

This barrel aged imperial milk stout is characterized by 4 flavors, vanilla, burnt caramel and chocolate and a light sourness. The vanilla is strengthened by the aging on the Balcones barrels and the combination with the burnt caramel and the lactose makes it look like liquid crème brulee. The chocolate and the small sourness on the other hand provide a liqueur bonbon experience which gives this beer a unique character.
