« The first iteration of our house saison. A blend of barrel aged beer fermented with Saison yeast, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. Dry hopped with Goldings from the 2021 crop. Bright carbonation and pleasing acidity lead into layered, fruit forward brett and hop character. Funky pineapple up front, notes of gingerbread, ripe peachand perry pear. Gentle bitterness and herbal woodruff notes meander into the clean complex finish. Drink fresh or age to see where the funk takes it. » Limited to one per customer
