The ninth iteration of our house saison. A blend of barrel-aged beer fermented with saison yeast, lactobacillus and brettanomyces. Dry hopped with Ernest, Fuggle and Golding. Tart, juicy pineapple and ripe peach bounce out of the glass with a fruity tropical funk on the palate. Orange and lemon frolic with the herbal hop notes, the soft tannins bringing harmony to the beer. The finish is pithy peach and blackcurrant skin bitterness, smooth and moreish. Drink fresh or age to see where the funk takes it.
