Our next release is the third iteration of our house saison. Saison de Maison Blend 3 is a blend of barrels filled in December 2021 and March 2022, packed full of British Bramling Cross from Brook House Hops in Herefordshire. This beer continues to evolve and for this blend we’ve increased the hopping rate significantly to just under 10g/L. Acidity remains at a similar level to Blend 2 but the Bramling Cross brings some really lovely character. There’s mouthcoating lemon peel, pleasant resinous bitterness and complex fruitiness. A real easy drinker as is but we’re sure that with some time, the funk and complexity will only increase and take this beer in great directions.
