De Cam Oude Geuze

Since the spring of 1999, the ‘Oude Geuze De Cam’ has been drunk. This gueuze is filled in bottles of 37.5 and 75 cl and has an alcohol content of 6.0%. For the Oude Geuze, young lambic, matured for at least one year, and old lambic, matured for at least two years, are mixed according to the taste of the Gueuze blender. Once in the bottle, the last ripening phase follows. The result is a spontaneous fermentation beer with a typical taste and a nice foam head. This gueuze is also described as quite dry, bitter and relatively less acidic.
