Dazed & Awake DIPA 8%

Brewed with a similar malt grist to the Polly’s collab DIPA, featuring a slight variant in the type of oats used, different fermentation profiles and of course different hop combinations. Dazed and Awake is dry hopped with Azzaca, El Dorado, Ekuanot and Mosaic, all towards the end of fermentation giving a plethora of white tropical fruit flavours such as lychee, guava, pear and a touch of clementine, all on a silky sweet body. Limited to 2 per customer, sorry
