Damaged Dark

We have never made a Mexican Style Dark Lager, but we’ve drank enough Negro Modelo to know that we needed to! This is our homage to a Dark Lager that is light + easy drinking. A Medium-bodied lager with slow-roasted caramel malts brewed for a rich, smooth taste.⁠ Lime optional.
