Crab Apple Sour 2020 4.8%

For this beer Little Earth took two barrels of really well balanced sour beer and sat it on locally foraged crab apples for several months. The resulting beer is a zippy, sour beer bursting with sharp apple flavours but also a balancing sweetness that makes it incredibly drinkable.
