Red berries – Dry – Crisp A beautiful organic Provence rose that pours a delicate salmon pink. On the nose, you’ll find red summer berries and sweet spice, with red berries on the palate. It’s dry, crisp and super-refreshing, and utterly delicious. The Château is situated in the village of Ollieres, 30km east of Aix en Provence, where winemaking has taken place for more than 200 years. Organic manures are used and harvesting is carried out by hand. Grapes: 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, 10% Syrah Pair with: Tomato and goat’s cheese salad, melon, scallops
