Coolship Release No.4 2021

Coolship 2021 is a blend of spontaneously fermented barrel aged beers. We use a traditional turbid mash schedule followed by an extended boil and wild inoculation overnight in our coolship before transferring to barrels for a lengthy fermentation. Oaky, with a pleasing acidity this beer is unique to our landscape.
