Continuing Burning Sky’s journey into spontaneous fermentation, this release is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old beers.Using a traditional turbid mash schedule followed by an extended boil and wild inoculation overnight in the coolship before transferring to barrels for a lengthy fermentation. Oaky, with a pleasing acidity, this beer is unique to the East Sussex landscape. Limit: 1 per customer, sorry!
