Sweet – Saline – Rounded We adore this sparkling wine which pours with the very lightest hint of rose-gold/dusky pink. It’s got so much going on at once – sweetness, salinity, fresh carbonation and a rounded mouthfeel. Distinctly different from the usual fesive bubbles fare, in the very best way. 100% Garnacha Tinta grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation of 4-5 days in steel. The wine rests for the winter and is then bottled, following the lunar calendar, on the so-called « fruit day ». No filtration, no fining, no additives.
