Clomp Third Edition 6.8%

3rd edition of our robust red beer, Clomp. Strong red worts were made from crystal and roasted malts, with a significant addition of dark brown cane sugar. Aged hops were used in the boil to balance yeast and lactic acid bacteria during the spontaneous fermententation. This blend was made from brews fermented in two red Bordeaux barrels, produced in March 2022 and February 2023.Dry-hopped with Barbe Rouge. The finished beer starts rich and sweet, with red fruit flavours, and finishes with more juicy acidic fruit, and a touch of dry cocoa.
