Citrus Noyaux Project 2019 8.5%

Citrus Noyaux is a blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to two years with fresh orange, grapefruit and lemon peel and apricot noyaux (noy-OH). The Cascade team extract noyaux kernels from the pits of locally sourced apricots by hand and add them to the beer, imparting notes of almond and maraschino cherry that are complemented by the juicy fruit flavors of the citrus peel.
