This pale ale is at that golden ABV strong enough to retain all the mouthfeel Polly’s likes to include in its beers, but low enough to smash a pint of with pals. Expect to find huge tangerine, pomelo, and lemon notes, backed up with pithy orange peel notes for balance. Fermented out with Polly’s new West Coast yeast strain for a more gentle haze, this beer is perfect for those late summer sessions before the evenings roll in.
