À PROPOS DE CETTE BIÈRE
Made for Winetopia 2019 (were Behemoth was representing Beertopia). Made in Collaboration with the Y2XK Collective co-fermented with their Organic sauvignon blanc juice . We used 2 French Saison Strains and Styrian Cradinal hops from Slovenia and Nelson Sauvin from NZ. Bone dry and delicious.
