It is strong, golden and full of flavour, with ripe fruit, florals and gentle spice balanced by a fresh, elegant hop bitterness. At 8% ABV, there is plenty of richness, but the beer still feels lively rather than heavy. The yeast brings plenty of character, with fruity and floral notes sitting alongside subtle spice and soft malt. The hops keep the finish clean and balanced, giving the beer enough bitterness to stop the sweetness from taking over.
