À PROPOS DE CETTE BIÈRE

Chardonnay by Hirondelle is refined and truly representative of the Chablis appellation: lively, pure, and delineated. Flinty, Granny Smith apple, and lemon notes intertwine, giving way to more enveloping aromatics of candied citrus on the finish. The minerality of the terroir is wonderfully balanced by the indulgence of toasty notes imparted by oak barrel aging. Origin: Chablis, France Flavor profile: The Hirondelle Chablis is characterized by its lively, pure, and mineral-driven profile. The tasting notes primarily feature citrus and green fruit, with a distinct flintiness that is characteristic of the Chablis region’s unique terroir. Aroma: The nose reveals notes of flint, Granny Smith apple, and lemon. It is described as very fresh and mineral. Palate: On the palate, the wine is fresh, elegant, and delineated, with a perfect balance between maturity and high acidity. The fruit notes of green apple and citrus carry through from the aroma. ABV: 12%
