« For this Akevitt Lambik, we blended traditional lambikken that have aged on three aquavit barrels. These barrels have held PX sherry for over fifty years and aquavit for over ten years. These barrels were sourced with Atlungstad, the oldest Norwegian distillery still in activity. The barrels were filled with two-year-old 3 Fonteinen lambik for over 13 months.
